Let us build a sink of your liking. Here are four styles to consider: 1) tiled cabinet with two drawers and repurposed piano legs holds this square vessel sink; 2) a repainted farm sink on county style legs is a perfect additional to the potting room; 3) this tiny space needed a tiny sink. Purpose built wrought iron gives it attention getting appeal. 4) A treadle sewing machine turned into a fancy sink.
A 1960s stick built kitchen was freshened up - built in the dishwasher, added 3 new cabinets and painted them a creamy white, added hardware, replaced formica with granite and added this gorgeous hex backsplash.
In this 1920s home we converted a large bath with small shower, and a closet into two spacious bathrooms. Features included in bath 1: reclaimed / painted claw-foot tub, wainscoting, pedestal sink, new windows, pocket door, hex vinyl, updated lighting, fan and paint. Features included in bath 2: 42x36" walk-in shower with marmoleum tile and charcoal accent, moved/replaced window, pocket door, concrete structured plank floor, 30" vanity..
A bathroom from the 40s was crumbling - we moved the wall 3' out to accommodate a walk in shower and water closet, reoriented the tub and built the sink on piano legs. We updated the wall color and added art that had those notes. Notice the plumbing was built into the wall, the tile is reoriented to vertical from horizontal, and the drapes have a similar styling (do you see circles or diamonds?)
Beautiful masculine remodel - expanded the shower to add a bench seat, vanity and counters.
Traditional style kitchen with a makeover - granite counters and bright-beige glass subway tile.
A 1970s kitchen with formica counters were upgraded in so many ways - tin ceiling, crown molding, mustard paint, new appliances, quartz countertops from Easyfit, refinished cabinets & floor, new lighting, above cabinet lighting, draperies from Half Price Drapes and local art.
A large walk in shower with frameless glass door, and half wall. The theme carries around the tub and vanity. The floor is heated and in a gorgeous jewel tile.
Kitchens & Laundry Rooms
This 1800s house had the add on shed roof area that was converted to a bathroom some time in the middle of the previous century. Cosmetic changes over time were done but this room needed to be fully gutted to resolve plumbing, electrical and other issues. This make over added a lot of light and space included a walk in shower with frameless glass from Onyx Collection, a 48" cabinet, a window, overhead can lighting and a fan, new modern flooring, woodwork, faucets, a slider door and up-to-date venting that allowed us to remove bulky walls.
A major bathroom / bedroom transformation - big hex tile, gray plank floors, extra large walk in shower. A lovely masterpiece.
This kitchen was given a make over with this beautiful new Marmoleum flooring.
Gorgeous Backsplashes: Kitchen - Smoke Glass Subway Tile with stainless and travertine accents; then Adjacent Butler's Pantry - Stainless Steel Subway Tile with the same accent. The under cabinet lighting made it really pop!
This 1990s built Master suite had an extra large jetted tub and small shower. We expanded the shower to 48x72", added a bench, a variety of shower heads and floor to ceiling glass to create this modern beauty in gray and twill metal. The counter and shelves are floating and in a bamboo veneer. The counter is a white quartz with under-mounted porcelain sinks, and brushed stainless Telsa faucets. The toilet is a sleek modern two piece with hidden bolts, comfort height and soft close. The heated plank tile floor is 3x36" gray/white. A dramatic change!
1960s be gone! The stove and refrigerator were relocated and space was added to make the refrigerator have a built in appearance. The kitchen features quartz countertops, travertine backsplash and under cabinet lighting, as well as pendant lighting over the table and can lighting in the work spaces.
A pretty gray plank floor, painted cabinets and a new 3x6" gray backsplash with raised profile.
A 1990s built Master suite had a small full bath 32x32" shower and 30" vanity, sitting area and 7x7' closet. The owner wanted a bigger bath, laundry room and smaller closet. We opening up the ceiling of the center sitting area and closet to make it cathedral and moved the shower and vanity into that space. The shower was expanded to 42x60", with Rango and bronze accent tile, oversized rain shower, body sprays and Onyx Collection base and frameless glass. The Restoration Hardware vanity is 55", with bronze vessel sink, and matching tile. The hanging closet is still 7' long, with cabinets above, and lit inside, and we added a 2' storage space behind the shower with shelves and pull down bar,. In addition, we added French doors and a stained glass transom, and the former shower is a fabulous laundry room. The mercury glass is through out both room and continues into the bedroom.
A tiny space reborn. The client wanted a first floor bathroom so we converted the stairway to the basement into a full bath - heated floor, hex tile, wall niche, 12" cabinet, wall mounted toilet, 10x6" sink and 36x36" shower, all in this 3'x5' space!
This bedroom layout was awkward and unusual - so it was transformed into a master bath and walk in closet. Notice the gas fireplace over the jetted tub, the reclaimed table and mirror turned into a pedestal sink, the pocket doors, the heated towel rack, walk in shower and travertine tile throughout.
Gorgeous recycled granite backsplash really sets off the countertop and white cabinets. Note the matching island.

Bathrooms & Sinks
A second floor kitchen left over from a time when this house was an apartment hadn't been updated since the 40s. We added hardwood flooring, custom built cabinets, lots of outlets and a reclaimed mop sink. The fold away ironing board is a special treat!
